Refund policy

At THAWR, garments are created to last. We believe in pieces that carry integrity — we stand behind every creation. This aside, we also recognise that sometimes a return may be needed.

Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided:

  • You can provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
  • The garment is unused, unworn, unwashed, folded, odour-free and returned in the THAWR packaging box.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The item is not part of our exclusion list.
  • We do not have the capacity to accept change of mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty, damaged, or fails to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a refund, exchange, or repair at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your item:

  • Arrives faulty, damaged, or unsafe,
  • Differs significantly from its description,
  • Does not perform as promised, or
  • Is unfit for its intended purpose.

If the problem is a major fault, you may request a refund rather than an exchange.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind,
  • Incorrect size choice (unless we provided inaccurate product details),
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper garment/fabric care, according to the care label,
  • Products marked as defective at the time of sale.

How to Return

To start a return, email support@thawr.com.au with your order details:

  • Name, address, phone number
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you are seeking a refund or exchange

Once approved, send the item back using your chosen carrier. We recommend tracked shipping. If you do not purchase tracked shipping for your return and we do not receive the goods, we are unable to process a refund.
