Processing

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Although we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, we may encounter unexpected delays which are out of our control.

Carriers

• Australia Post for individual dispatch.
• DHL for bulk and international shipments.

Delivery Estimates

• Australia: 3–7 business days (standard).
• International: Delivery times vary by region. DHL will provide estimated delivery windows at checkout.
  Please note that once your goods are with the courier, delivery times may vary and delays may occur out of our control.

Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for
customs duties and taxes.
