Returns
Every THAWR piece is crafted with intention and built with longevity in mind.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original THAWR packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds or replacements are offered for faulty or damaged items in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind returns are not accepted.
